Notarial Disclosure
All notarizations will be conducted in strict adherence to state regulations and laws. The individual signing the documents must be physically present with a valid, state-issued photo identification. We offer notarial services remotely online, requiring the presence of the individual and their identification during a video call. Upon verification of identity, the signer will be asked to confirm their understanding of the document they are signing and their voluntary agreement to sign it. Following confirmation, the notary will administer the oath or acknowledge the truthfulness of the documents being signed. All documents will undergo a review and must be fully completed prior to notarization. Please note that we are legally prohibited from providing legal advice or filling in information on documents being notarized beyond the actual notarization. All documents must be supplied by the individual requesting the notarization. Some Notarizations require the presence of witnesses which is mandated by state law. If no witnesses are available, they can be provided given prior notice. We reserve the right to decline services if clients are unwilling or unable to comply with the requisite state laws and guidelines. For legal counsel, please consult with an attorney. Should you require legal advice resources are available, and can be found on your respective Court website, as well as the Florida Bar or your home State’s website. Most counties also offer legal aid for those choosing to represent themselves.
