Home Loan Signings Fees to be predetermined prior to appointment, and range between $75-$150 (This does not Include Travel Fee)
You will have to follow the authentication process to view documents in the Notary Hub Platform. Both the ID images and KBA questions; front & back and a selfie for the "liveness" check. You will need to breathe as normal and blink. This is to ensure someone is not using an image of a person and the notary is meeting with a live person. You will then be asked 5 questions pulled from public information ex. past addresses, etc.
In Person Notarization
Our In-Person Notarization services provide a traditional, reliable, and secure method for notarizing documents. This service requires the signer to physically appear before the notary at the same location during the notarization.

Notarization Pricing:
$10.00 Per Notarization
$30.00 Travel Fee within 10 miles, $10.00 up to every additional 10 miles.
$25.00 Witness fee if witnesses are required.

All notarization procedures will be conducted in strict compliance with state regulations and laws. The individual signing the documents must be physically present with a valid, state-issued photo ID. After verifying the identity, the signer will be asked to confirm their understanding of the document and their voluntary agreement to sign it. Once confirmed, the notary will administer the oath or acknowledge the truthfulness of the documents being signed.
Mobile notary available at no travel cost for Active Military, Medical, Law Enforcement, EMS, Fire Rescue, and Volusia County Schools personnel, within 10 miles anything over will be at a 50% cost.
