The client is solely responsible for the information provided for document preparation. Encompass Pro Se Document and Notary is not responsible for any liabilities, errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the documents resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client.  The client authorizes us to obtain, collect, and share information necessary for us to provide our services.  This includes, but is not limited pulling credit reports, looking up property tax information, and filing documents with courts.

Encompass Pro Se Document and Notary and its employees are Document Preparers and Notaries. We are not Attorneys and do not provide legal advice or representation in court. Our role is to prepare documents as directed by the client in a clerical support capacity. We are not responsible for and cannot guarantee legal outcomes or legal consequences. Please note that we cannot negotiate on your behalf with any government agencies, creditors, medical facilities, persons, etc.  We reserve the right to refuse service if we feel that the client's request falls outside the scope of our expertise or that the client's request does not follow Government or State requirements and guidelines.

All sales are final at Encompass Pro Se Document and Notary. We do not offer refunds for any document preparation services once they have been completed. By agreeing to and processing payment you are accepting the services as rendered.  Refunds are processed for document preparation requests that cannot be completed for reasons outside of our control, or if your case requires you to pursue legal counsel from an Attorney due to case complexity. 

At Encompass Pro Se Document and Notary, we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. We only collect, use, and share your information where necessary to provide our document preparation services. We take all reasonable steps to ensure your data is protected against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. However, please be aware that no security measures are perfect or impenetrable. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information.

Client acknowledges that documents requested are not suggested by the document preparer or Employees of Encompass Pro Se Document Preparation and Notary

Client acknowledges that the document preparer has not provided any legal opinion, suggestion, direction, or advice regarding any legal matter or their legal matter.
